At Ishwari Suryawanshi (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our handmade crochet products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, this Refunds and Returns Policy outlines your rights, conditions, and the process for requesting a return or refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Note: Due to the handmade nature of our crochet products, minor variations in size, color, or design are normal and are not considered defects.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized orders.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale.”
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care by the customer.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

    • Your full name and order number.
    • A detailed description of the issue.
    • Photos of the product if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  2. Approval:
    Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you via email within 2 business days whether your return is approved.
  3. Shipping the Product Back:
    • If approved, you will receive return shipping instructions.
    • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
  4. Inspection:
    After we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome within 3 business days.

4. Refunds

a. Refund Eligibility:

Refunds are issued only for:

  • Approved returned items.
  • Orders canceled before shipment.

b. Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Once approved, refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days.

c. Non-Refundable Costs:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, you may return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Provide your order details and photos of the damage or defect.

We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, based on your preference and product availability.


7. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled if requested before shipment. Please email us at irakala70@gmail.com with your order details. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
